That's the Doctor in the middle picture just like anywhere else (has his ego become so big he thinks himself to be on par with the Captain now? LOL In any case, you'll need to rewatch the ep to find out the answer to that rhetorical question if you have forgotten what the episode is about ).

Many arguments with my mother end with her telling me I’m not a good a Christian. I’m not to the point of telling her yet her flavor of faith is as disappointing to me as I must be to her. Yet.
