Is it Picard talking while teleporting at the end? Not a mistake since it was established in canon that Starship captain's can move and talk during transport back in That Which Survives and The Wrath of Khan.

I watched that clip and it sounded like he said "Bridge to Picard" to me, then I rewound it to pay closer attention and found that he does actually say "Bridge, Picard"

my "legit" copy of said episode JLP says Bridge, Picard.. As in.he is communicating to bridge and it is Picard (subtitle confirms) (done while pressing communicator)
