The major Bridge changes from the early seasons and the rest of the seasons is the type of seats for the Helm, Navigator(both in a reclined type of seating in season 1) and the command seating area. The GENERATIONS movie added new work stations both port and starboard side.

The bridge not only changed from 1st to second but also in other ways over years...the carpeting changed color and design and the lighting too:

Worf would fill in as required at any of the bridge stations. Yes, he spent a lot of time at the helm in The Naked Now. He, Riker and the chief engineer were seemingly the only people unaffected by the virus.
