It's hard to judge the Titan novels all together since they were all pretty much stand alones written by different authors, but over all I thought they were good to great.
And we're still getting novels for TNG, and DS9, while we haven't gotten any new VOY novels since the Novelverse ended, as far as I know there's nothing to stop them. If you're a comics reader we've gotten quite a few new TNG and DS9 comics over the last few years, and we're getting our second IDW era VOY comic sometime in the next couple months.
