TCM Productions is pleased to announce the release of the first part of Star Trek: The Continuing Mission's second episode - Integration.

The first part of this special '1987 retro feeling' two part episode is available to download from the main Continuing Mission Website - http://www.continuingmission.com.

For those of you who were around during the first run of TNG, this then should bring back some very fond memories about that time period.

Part two is scheduled for release in June 2008.

Hooray! Thanks for another episode!

And now, to show my gratitude, NITPICKS!!:

That first scene , though compelling in subject and dialogue, ran too long. Also, at one point the music overpowered the dialogue.

"Space, the Final Frontier..." I've said it before, I'll say it again, it belonged to the two Enterprises. Sticking another ship's name in there seems unoriginal and silly. Also really didn't like the re-use of Next Gen's opening theme.

THE COMMERCIALS- this might be funny in video, but in audio it was just annoying. I scrubbed through them. I know you meant it as a joke, a piece of nostalgia, but I HATED IT.

LOVE the 23rd Century guys refuting the "cowboy diplomacy" "shoot first and ask questions later" stereotypes. Funny and true- Kirk talked his way out of as many jams as he fought his way out of. Almost.;)

"Kobayashi Maru" - the worst thing about fan productions isn't bad acting or bad green screens, it's re-used, unoriginal lines, themes, etc. So sick of hearing this particular reference.

Enough! Overall, a professional sounding, entertaining, fun show! Can't wait for more!

Thanks again!:bolian:

In addition to part one of Integration being released, Trek fans everywhere might like to hear some of the original interviews available from the Continuing Mission website.

The latest interview feature is with James Doohan recorded just after Star Trek The Motion Picture hit the silver screen talking about the production and his casting for the role of Scotty.

Past interviews include a three part interview with Deforest Kelley, and also the Great Bird of the Galaxy himself - Gene Roddenberry.
