Star Trek: Starships Model/Magazine Subscription

I’m glad I got each of them already. Fingers crossed that I can snatch the USS Jubayr and USS Armstrong from Discovery, maybe Caretaker’s Array (VOY) and USS Vancouver (LD).

I thought you would have had everything listed so far, lol...
Heh... Would that it were true... I don't have any of the STO ships and the Cerritos is a big hole in the collection. Given up on the Vancouver, at least for now - can't find any of those things for under $400! Also need the XL Prometheus and the DSC 32nd century ships. Having been a subscriber, I was always running behind on what was available. I saved lots of money on shipping doing that, but I missed out on a LOT of things towards the end.

Most of those are either stuff I already have or stuff I'm not really interested in. I'll try my luck with Steth's coaxial warp ship, but I won't lose too much sleep if I miss out.

I was on a space station kick when Eaglemoss went down (not to mention the Orville ships), so that's what I'm waiting for.

Cerritos is a great model, a bit front heavy though and it lists forward on its stand which is kinda annoying.

The Lowers Deck Titan is an epic wee model too.

Looking through the first twenty-five models, I have all the ones I want bar the concept Defiant. I'm hoping The Razorback and BSG Pegasus are on their release schedule soon.

Interesting! Never knew there were supposed to be two different versions. I only ever knew of the XL version, but it makes sense, considering it is a "hero" ship.

Makes me all the more sad that we may never see the new S3 PIC ships in model form. I'm hoping that sales are so good on the remaining stock, MR may consider hiring the old EM crew to start making new ones again.

I'd probably get both, you can then likely dispose of the one you like least for a profit down the road.

That’s not a bad idea. Seems like even “used” Eaglemoss stuff goes high on eBay depending on the ship.

would feel kinda weird to be the “buy and flip for profit” type guy though.

In the Eaglemoss/Hero Collector fan group on Facebook, user Chris Newstead posted images of 4 versions of La Sirena!
These include the baseline La Sirena model, the Confederation CSS La Sirena, Seven of Nine’s Ferris Ranger La Sirena (2401) and the pre-Ríos La Sirena from the PIC novel Rogue Elements (by JJ Miller).

Which one is which?
Chris Newstead said:
The red is original. The confederation is the silver grey one. The battered and shot up one is Seven of Nines ranger version. And the drab grey with no engine pods is from the novel "Rogue Elements"

I’d love to have Confederation versions of the Federation ships that appeared in PIC season 2 but I’m not skilled enough a ship modeller to try butchering my own models.

Well, they're based out of England, so I'm assuming they intended it to be 6 PM GMT, which is an hour and fifteen minutes from now (2 PM Eastern, 11 AM Pacific, for my fellow Americans).

Ben responded to a question about this on Twitter and said the countdown timer is off. That the stated times (2pm est) are indeed correct.

so we have a little more than an hour to go.
