Star Trek: Starships Model/Magazine Subscription

Similar concerns at the Trek Toy forum. As I said there, I was billed on 9/3 for the ECS Fortunate and TOS Enterprise, both of which I received last week (And had received a UPS tracking # ahead of time).

I'm also still awaiting the free Borg cube promised to subscribers. Anyone else still waiting for that? I know folks don't care for it, but I want to get everything that's included in the sub.

I am also still waiting for the Borg Cube.

Entertainment Earth charge my card for the TOS Enterprise yesterday. Hopefully, that means I'll get it in the next few days.

I too am a US subscriber that was charged 9/2 but have not received an e-mail nor the shipment. I actually was expecting last months shipment later in the month since I got two shipments in July, but it came in the middle of the second week. I hope they come out soon!

Well money was taken out for two of my 3 subscriptions. and also got a notice for the shipment of one of the from last month.

it looks like they have mixed up my subscriptions, can't wait to make that call on Monday. Though very exited to have confirmation the Fortunate (that and the pasteur were my two tops picks for what I wanted from this collection).

It's been a while since they announced some upcoming ships, other than the specials. I'm still hoping for the Klingon D5, the Jenolen, the Groumall, and the two main remaining Xindi ships (Reptilian and Degra's ship).

A local comic shop had issues 51-53, I couldn't wait for eagles, so I bought them. The Centaur is really nice, so is the HIrogen. The Klingon Augment is solid and has nice detail, but it is "really" green.

im still waiting for the issue 28 the maquis fighter and issue 31the valdore from two different newsagents,being waiting for them for almost 5 months and don't want to go to sites like ebay to buy them.

I received the 1701 today and have been admiring the detail, paint, etc. But the forward part of the engineering hull (around the deflector) looks odd to me. It almost appears as though it is too round and tapered around the dish. I realize that it is missing the bronze/gold ring around and behind the dish, but the hull itself looks odd. Is this supposed to be like this?

I'm assuming (and I certainly could be wrong) that this model was based off the CG version that was used in the Enterprise episode "In a Mirror, Darkly" for the Defiant. It would depend on how accurate that one was. I would think that it's pretty close - it seems quite well done in other aspects. If they did it right, they would have 3D-scanned the original and cleaned up the poly's for rendering.

Charged 9/4, still nothing. Never had this happen before. :S I usually get mine within a few days as the shipping facility is a few counties over. I've never had more than a weeks wait. Going to e-mail them in a day or two...

Okay, now THIS is interesting. Not only have I not gotten the ships that were paid for on September 3 under the charge name of "EAGLEMOSS PUBLICATIONS LT" for $39.90, I just got a new charge today for $35.00 under the different charge name of "EMC*STAR TREK SHIPS".

I don't think it's a binder, they're not that expensive and I just got a new one of those only a few months back. Is there some special that's coming down the pike? We already got the Abrams D4 not long ago. Could it be the Kelvin, or the NX Refit or one of the new dedication plaques that were rumored to be released around "second half of 2015"?

And why the different company name? This may provide some clue as to the shipping weirdness. I really need to send them an email tonight when I get home to figure out what's going on with them. This is all very odd.

Charged $19.95 the other day under "EMC*Star Trek Ships" and I too have the pending charge of $35.00. Neither one is correct as is should be $39.90. Waiting a little bit to see if anything actually ships before contacting them.

I have also been charged, and written to them to inquire what's going on. It's a bit unreasonable that they would charge two for October without having shipped September without even the courtesy of an explanation as to what the hold up is. It seems a number of people are in this position.

Picked up my Centaur from the comic ship today. So pretty! One of my favorite minor designs, and great to see the thing in physical form.

I also got two charges for $19.95 & $35. But I've also gotten a UPS tracking number - although not from Eaglemoss. I'm a member of UPS My Choice, so I'm informed of upcoming deliveries that way. It'll be interesting to see if Eaglemoss US sends out a tracking email or not.

I just got a shipping notice direct from Eaglemoss; it says the package includes ST51 x 1 - ST Hirogen Hunter. So only one item this time? I guess that explains the $19.95 charge.
