Has anyone gotten the oversized E-E who has subscribed to the XL series? I've only gotten the XL E-D and nothing else but the online store already has the XL NX-01.

Still haven't gotten the Titan magazine yet either. The fuck is wrong with those people?

Thanks for the heads-up! So tempting to get either the XL NX-01 or XL NCC-1701. Will have to mull about it some more. Has anyone seen the XL NX-01 in person yet?

On the US website, you can't use any discount codes on the jumbo ships. There might be similar restriction in Germany.

I'm seeing October 10th when I look it up on the website, and my email of the preorder shows Oct 5th.

It looks like there's problems with Eaglemoss at the mo, I see from online sources UK subscribers haven't even received their latest ships yet (the Cheyenne Class and the Borg Queen Diamond), esp when the Cheyenne Class has been out in shops for nearly a week now anyway. They'd have normally had their deliveries at least a week ago. Others are still complaining about the K7 still not been delivered. And then a lot of people are complaining their other publications such as the Build the BTTF Delorean and not recieving issues for ages.. People calling up and being on hold for ages then simply get cut off or hung up on. E-mails not replied to, etc etc

As I said before, it's like Eaglemoss get carried away and come up with all this stuff and extra stuff to sell, but don't bother putting the infrastructure together to actually deal with it all.

To be able to look up your orders online and see what and when you ordered, and whether it's been dispatched yet really shouldn't be a problem for an online company to sort out in 2017.

The amount of licensing agreements the have to shell out for (Star Trek, DC, Game of Thrones) it's no surprising they'd have to streamline elsewhere to make their collections profitable...

I'm more curious about the missing magazine, though. Has anyone gotten it who ordered from the first-gen release?

Eaglemoss seems to have completely scrapped the notion of back-filling missing items. I had to manually fill 6 missing issues from my subscription, as well as the Franklin special. My XL subscription has yet to produce the oversize E-E and now their shop has the XL NX-01. It's becoming quite tedious trying to fill in these unnecessary holes they keep producing due to bad management.

Seriously, is Ben or any of the upper management aware that all this is going on?

Yep, I filled that out with a painfully high level of detail and large number of examples of the epic fail that has befallen the US branch. No response. Seems some people there cannot debate against hard documented facts. I wasn't the only one, either. Many well-written negative reviews went unanswered.

I ordered my Titan direct from the UK eaglemoss site, and model and magazine arrived together.
