I suppose to make this easier to sort out, I should make the title stand out in a new thread. What is the best practice for new 'chapters' in a story? Post to original or new thread?

We generally post to the original thread when we update chapters. I think that tends to make it easier for new readers to pick up and follow the story.

Yeah, its easier to track the story if you post all the successive chapters to the same thread. Just my $0.02.
