Space Seed One of Earth history's great mysteries is solved when Kirk's crew stumbles onto an ancient derelict space craft, the S.S. Botany Bay. After beaming aboard this old-style, pre-warp sleeper ship from Earth’s past, Kirk discovers that the ship still contains a group of people held in stasis. Amongst this sleeping group is Khan Noonien Singh, a genetically engineered super human and one of the great leaders of Earth's Eugenics War. Intrigued by the discovery, Kirk brings Khan back to the Enterprise where the “superman” soon traitorously reveals the ambition, strength and intelligence that helped him conquer a quarter of the Earth.
