I can see why a technical manual wouldn't be commercially viable, but I believe an 'Art of' book, would.

I bought a British making of First Contact book, but have there been any others since?

"Insurrection" was covered as one of three topics in "Star Trek: Action!". The other two sections focused on aspects of DS9 and VOY.

I wish they would start this again. I have many of these and really enjoy them.
