Two minutes and maybe fifteen seconds to work its way ponderously to the single, predictable and familiar joke.
Oh, and then idrags on for another minute in order to rip off another variation of the same joke from the "How It Should Have Ended..." animations.
Completely lame.

Picard is just mad that Kirk is and always will be way cooler then he is.

Let's face it Kirk will always be remembered. I don't see 20 years from now people wanting a TNG remake... it will always be Kirk

They didn't really need to show that much of the trailer, and the editing could have been a lot tighter. Still, it's nice to watch something that's angry at Trek09.
Correction. Kirk lost 2 active ships. One was the U.S.S. Constellation from the Doomsday Machine, and the Enterprise wasn't decommissioned yet. Oh, he also SABOTAGED the Excelsior.
And while I will give classic Kirk more of a nudge in which Captain I would prefer (Kirk or Picard? I'm going Sisko. :P), NuKirk is a completely unlikable a**hole that I would never serve under even if Nimoy's Spock said so.

Actually it's kind of sad some people (the people who made the video) act like JJ Abrams shot their dog over a movie.
1) The Constellation was already wreaked BEFORE Kirk showed up he just used it to save billions of lives.
2) The Enterprise was close enough and already heavily damaged.
3) how the hell is sabotaging someone else's ship evencomparable to Picard having his ship blown to hell by an obsolete relic?
1) Watch The Apple and tell me Kirk Prime can't be a completely unlikable a**hole sometimes.
2) Does anybody really care at this point whether someone did or did not like the new movie and why or why not the did or didn't like it. I mean we're having the same arguments over and over we're out of things to nitpick and/or defend the film over I think it is time for us to move on with our lives.
