Star Trek premise in his proposed remake or I heard it with regards to some other sci-fi property. Can't be sure, but it's a good word.

If you stretch the premise enough, any two shows are the same. Star Trek and Scooby Doo have the same premise in that they both feature ensemble casts traveling around in a named vehicle, solving mysteries.
