The best way to get a team together is join a fleet. This is especially true for the raidlet STFs, because they require some actual skill and knowledge from all participants. The good news is, most fleets will teach you the STFs.

There is a fleet recruitment forum on the STO official forums. It's one of the few forums I can recommend to folks, since the main forums are full of angry defenders of The One True Trek whose mutually-conflicting needs aren't being met. You should be able to find a good fleet there. The key point is finding one where there are members who play during the times you play.

I've tried this one 3 or 4 times with different groups. Just cant kill the queen. getting to her is never a problem for me, its just that my team and me will all die to fast. I'm a tactical so i beam down 2 security escorts, recharge that and beam down 2 more for a total of 4. i hunker down hit focus fire and unleash hell. one time everyone else was dead and me alone was able to stand up to the queen for 20 or 30 seconds, with other borg all shooting at too mind you. Had her to where one more shot would kill...but one more shot killed me! My hypo wasnt fast enough.

Try looking for the hidden alcove at one of the platforms. You can shoot savely at the queen from there and not a single Borg, Queen or drone, won`t be able to target you. There might be some plasma fire there after teh queen wakes up, so be carefull not to get burned to death instead.

They fixed that with the latest patch. My recommendation: get a kit with weapons malfunction, and spam that as often as possible.

Also, don't shoot when the blue circle is on you, tho you can still activate wep mlf.
