Greetings Captains!

We are extremely excited to announce that our Mac client for Star Trek Online is now officially live! We have wrapped up our Open Beta testing period, and we want to extend our warmest welcome to the STO Universe to all Mac users.

Our newest addition of players who utilize the Mac client will be playing on Holodeck, the same server that our PC players play on, allowing them to team up with their friends and fleetmates to boldly go where no one has gone before.

Finally get to play the game, just downloaded it myself. It's doing a patch as I type and once finished I'll get to play.

I only played for about a half hour yesterday, just trying to get a hang of playing. I think I will need to get a gaming mouse. I use a trackpad, didn't work to well with the game. After I get more comfortable with the game, I will stop by the forum and join the fleet.

Just a little tip in case you did not know, if you right click your ships weapons it will put a green square round them, which means they will auto fire, just in case you did not know.
