My hybrid design would be a Voth Bulwark Dread Cruiser/Freedom (TNG version) hybrid.
The saucer secruon of the Freedom would be built into the forward section of the Voth ships hull, so that the upper and lower sections of the Voth ship sit above and below the saucer section.
Standard phaser arrays on the saucer section.
The lower Voth Hull would contain the Deflector array, two support hangars of five shuttles each, plus two heavy photon torpedo launchers.
Along the lateral sides of the Voth hull would be two micro photon torpedo launchers per side to help attack smaller ships and fighters coming along for a broadside attack.
The wings of the Voth ship would contain the warp nacelles and impulse engines.
The after section where the Voth engines would have been located would be replaced with two flight hangars that would launch upto four squads of defense fighters and three squads of attack bombers.
The lower protrusion of the Voth ship would be where the super sized mining laser from the Freedom class would be housed. The super mining laser would be more accurate, more powerful and have a faster firing rate then the Freedoms version.
Smaller and faster tracking phaser arrays would be located mid ship to aft to help defend against enemy bombers, smaller starships being used as assault ships and anti-torpedo defense.
This class of hybrid would be the first long range artillery / carrier ship that could be used to defend/attack planetary and orbital stations along with larger ships of the Voth, Jem'Hadar, Borg as well any future large Threat Force ships that have not been imagined yet.
