It's working fine for me too. I made a Klingon recruit and am finally playing the KDF starter content that was added ages ago. I'm having a blast.
Okay, so my first Delta Recruit is going well. Just went with an Andorian, always wanted one, and this gives me a chance to redo a Tac from the ground up, my only other Tac is my main, and I never quite got the hang of escorts on him.
But I am gonna start at least a couple of more characters. With the sale going on now, I've got enough Zen to buy one of the new T6 ships, enough left for a couple of character slots and one of the C-store species. I think I'm going to go Caitian, but part of me still wants a Joined Trill, or wants a Ferasan so I can kill two KDF needs with one toon...
But I am gonna start at least a couple of more characters. Try force-verifying from the launcher options.
When I did that it started the mission over from the beginning of the ground. I suffered through it, with the mission crashing my computer every 10-15 seconds, requiring me to keep logging back in.
When I got off the planet i was fine. Then i had an issue with the Rescue the freighter mission where my away team didn't come with me on the mission.
If this is any indication, it's gonna be rough. I may just go play one of the other factions.
For those that don't know - there is a problem with Treasure Trading Station mission, as it doesn't progress past "Roadblock". Some people have used teams to get around this, but I'm leaving for the mission for now. Hoping it will be solved. Has to do with the part where you rescue Marta. There are several threads on the forum about this.
^It must have been broken with the recent patch, because I did that mission last week with no problems. 
^ I had to press pause before I entered the cargobay. And then unpaused. Worked for me. Enjoying it so far, got to LtCmdr today.
Just started mine, the chatter talked me into trying a Caitian. Too bad the Romulan options are so limited, would have loved to toss the new one in with them, just to take advantage of the Scimitar I've got waiting for them eventually. Went with Fed Eng instead, not a combo I had much of.
How many more times are they going to redo the tutorial instead of fixing other stuff that's been broken 5 years? Has to be like the 5th different tutorial I've played so far, maybe more!

I got crashed on the Romulan tutorial, and the mission didn't work at all. Khev was not interactive, no instructions for the tutorial at all. I had to delete the character, create a new one and pray for the intro not to crash again.
Feddies crashed too. Elisa was invisible for a change (as to opposed to Khev, who was just ignoring me), but after logging back in she was there.
Now I'm going back to my main, first blue chick, to complete Uneasy Allies again. Hopefully, without bugs

I'm currently leveling my new delta recruit alt a vulcan science officer, is there going to be a bonus to xp during the event to hasten leveling? I am also very surprised to see the release of the T6 iconic ships including the Galaxy. Do any of you that own and fly cruisers recommend it as a purchase? I also fly the Guardian and t5u Odyssey would it be worth it to buy the Galaxy? I am asking if it is worth it or not since those ships are all very similar.
Yes, there ist. But we have to work for it. Every first mission playthrough of a Delta Recruit helps complete a tiered weekly server goal.
The more points we get for that the more bonus XP everyone earns next week.
The Galaxy's stats are not too different from the Guardian
Instead of a LC science station she has a LC tactical and instead of a intel she can use command abilities.

I caved against better judgement and got the Andromeda, funny back when I got the Guardian I swore that I wouldn't spend another dime on sto unless they released a T6 Galaxy. I guess I was right. I found I like the Andromeda skin better than I expected not great but not awful either. Does anyone want to share some build ideas for it? I'm not familiar with the command powers.
Well my Fed-Rom hit level 30 and now I have a shinny new D'deridex-class Warbird.

You know, I'm getting really tired of some of these OP ships, like D'Deridex's and stuff. I know people say that if I do all these little research things and joins fleets and do this and do that for mucho dillitium to get topgear items, it'll be easier....
But I'm not that kinda player. I just wanna have some fun relaxing times playing this game, and being stuck for three days to finish of a D'Deridex cruiser isn't my idea of fun. Loosing interest really fast again, I know remember why I stopped playing over a year ago.

^ I was able to buy a key, as I got 2.5 million EC for completing the Klingon saga, plus R&D materials for getting a school to level 1. Plus quite a bit of marks and dilithium. Yet to claim all rewards.
