I think less than 1% of the games population will buy any ships in 3D prints. I looked at the cost in Australian dollars, probably over 500, when postage is included. There are other companies I can buy from if I want a ship.

The price makes sense if you think about what it costs the company.

These are not mass produced and they're printed on demand. Plus if you choose that option they're hand painted, so they need to pay the painters, and the models are also customized to what you choose.

It was never going to be cheap.

Maybe consider it for a TOS Enterprise or Discovery..

If you want a canon ship I'd just buy one a from company that makes models. It would be cheaper, unless you really want your custom name.

Anyways the DSC ships are not options to print. I'm guessing CBS gave out exclusive rights or something to the other model companies.

I heard the material they are using isn't cheap. Doesn't bother me at the moment, as I'm focused on getting a new ship by grinding away for it. Should have my new Yamato in a few days.

Hope there is a free slot for this, as even with 11 toons ... gonna need another for new one. But it's a nice way to bring old players back who haven't played in a while.

According to one of the devs Bashir's uniform is wrong in the art, in-game he'll be wearing a medical uniform and have the rank of commander.

Just Brunt and Weyoun? Why not Shran?
Couldn‘t they include him in a time travel episode or something?

BTW. Just updating my install. Curious how much zen I have accumulated during the last couple of years.

    Because it's a DS9 themed expansion.

But now that they have their foot in the door they can probably bring him back later.

They actually wanted him to voice Shon (the captain of the Belfast/Enterprise-F) back when they introduced him, but it was before STO was registered with the Screen Actor's Guild so they couldn't.

Erm... didn't we already release the female changeling in the Feature Series a few years back? The way they worded that, pointing out her incarceration, I smell a revamp...
