Speaking of the Intrepid class vessel:

I just started doing the Delta Quadrant missions, and I've noticed that the Voyager bridge seems to be closer to what we saw on television. The 25th century bridge and corridors for the Intrepid seems to be a lot more 'roomy.' (Actually, the 25th century bridges and corridors are spacious, overall).

Well the new Voyager interior is nice.

Not to happy I had to blow a lot of dilithium becuase the cheapest it was available was the pack with the ship.

Oh well at lest the pathfinder looks nice.

And I finally have a decent sized interior that works for my Fleet Regent.

Dil is killing everyone now.

I'm trying to decide what ground weapons to upgrade in addition to space weaponry and items I want to upgrade for my Nebula/Magellan vessel.

I wonder how many are going to get the T6 Intrepid...

It took me about an hour before I could no longer resist. I bought it, started getting BOFFs and EQ layouts set up for it. Now I just have to go test it out. Trying an A2B / Gravity Well / Gravimetric Torp Spam Boat out of it.

Will take it for a shakedown cruise once the servers are up again.

Well I managed to get my gear up to mk XIII so I'm not in that much of a rush mostly since I have to build up superior upgrades to make it cheaper and in 5 months of stipends I'll have made it back up.

I wonder how many are going to get the T6 Intrepid...

So I'm on the mission "Taking care of enemies" I have done all the "patrol" missions and I'm left with "Delta species species contact"... no system to go to, no indication where to go to next in either delta areas... So lemme guess... GLITCH!? Do I need to restart the mission or am I missing something?

Anyone else been having issues with disconnecting/game client issues of late?

last night i got disconnected during the livestream (server not responding), the game client then crashed and somehow totalled itself. I could not relaunch the game client it just crashed every time it tried to open. The only way back online was for me to delete it and re-install.

I've been back on this morning for an hour, and everything seems fine again. not sure if my problems where due to a fault in the game client.

Have you tried force-verifying the game files through the launcher?
The program scanns for corrupted files and redownloads just those files if it finds any.

I could not even get that far to do that, it was crashing on the little gray box (Cryptic Launcher Autoupdate) that first pops up

If you can only buy and unlock one T6 ship from the C-Store, which one would you get?

At the moment? Easy. Pathfinder, simply for being basically an iconic Trek ship.
Plus my science officer does not have either a T5-U or T6 ship yet.
that way I can use my Ship upgrade token i got for free on my Romulan, while my Jem'Hadar Dread is upgradable for free anyway and my main is happy in his Sovereign T5-U, too.

Alright, who made the Vaadwaur overpowered in the Delta Quadrant?



I'm a the 'Alliances' scenario right now, and even the Voth Bulwark (holographic!) is also overpowered!

I'm finding out that the 'Brace for Impact' and 'Evasive Action' are used quite frequently to get away from the Vaadwaur bombs that spring up and tear through shields and hull.

Very frustrating.

Just keep moving at full speed. Doing that alone would be more than enough to avoid 95% of those Vaadwaur mines. And if you have fighters, let them attack first before you start attacking and the Vaadwaur will stupidly try to bomb your fighters instead of you.

I'm in the Nebula/Megellan so no fighters...

I tend to utilize my Fire at Will, Photonic Fleet, Nimbus III ships, Hazard Emitters I, Science Team I, Aux to Structural, Hull Heal, Gravity Well II, and Tactical Team II a lot during these missions now...

I just bought me some Zen taking advantage of the 15% Bonus sale.

Will later use that to purchase my Pathfinder.

Taking a look at a few service items maybe to bolster my alts or finally some account bank slots.

Maybe a small number of lockbox keys for Xindi boxes (want those damn R&D doffs).

Convert some of it to dilithium to get the rest of my gear upgraded and maybe dump some of it into the fleet upgrades which are a bit stagnant right now mostly because of missing dilithium.

Pathfinder promotion is over (grrr), but the Interior package is still available for 4000 zen. I picked the stock interior for now.

BTW, I got featured in a Let's play video by Brent Justice of a Borg Disconnected Normal run.

Damn one day to early, as I brought 1000 zen yesterday. Tempting to buy another 1000 zen sometime soon I think. Gotta at some stage start saving to buy a klingon characters, thinking the Mogh, as that will be good for both eng & tac characters.

Maybe a small number of lockbox keys for Xindi boxes (want those damn R&D doffs).

I opened a few of them yesterday and got nothing good. Shall open more I think, or more Delta boxes.
