Star Trek novelization ?

We have some info about the movie, we know a few things about the Countdown comics...

How about the novelization of the movie ? Do we know anything ?

Who will write it, when it will be out. That sort of thing

Do you think it will be out before the film premiers ? Or will they do it after to keep some secrets ?

TUC and GEN novels were released in the UK before the film and I read them as soon I could. It spoiled the movies a little for me as the missing scenes (especially in Gen that were filmed), and the differences between the FX shots and my imagination removed me the story at times. Knowing exactly what happens is too spoliery for me these days.

I will wait till after the film and enjoy the big screen experience as intended. Unless the film is poor, in which case, I'll give the book a miss.
