Personally, I think the silver looks better with the blue than the gold does. The gold would better suit a khaki-colored uniform if one existed. Perhaps desert survival gear?

Eh, the only reason I did a gold version was because that's the way the Air Force did it, though their flight suit is olive drab instead of blue.

I would suggest you make a conscious effort to include elements from some of the world's other major armed forces; the RAF, the French Army perhaps, or some other nod as while I understand it is easiest to draw on what you know it does tend to make the entire operation American-centric rather than an understandable formation of world representation.

For what it's worth, I agree. Maybe the UEM uniforms could be inspired by Chinese land forces, or the UN uniforms?

Captain X - I like what you've done with the UESPA uniforms, btw. Very nice.

It doesn't really matter what country it is, they all tend to have either green or blue as the basis of their uniforms. As to the design, the FF design I'm basing them on is actually very similar to WWI RAF dress blues.

I like it. Seems appropriate.

I just started reading Foundations, and I like the angle your group was going for so far. A couple of tiny nitpicks, mostly to do with word choices in dialog, and that's probably just me. The only big nitpick I have so far is a carry over from ST:E, which that T'Pol is still "Sub-Commander". That's a Romulan rank, and I'd think they would be far enough removed to lack that commonality.

Oh, well - at least hopefully you got her out of the catsuit and into something that looks Vulcan and lets her hair down.

Much better, I think. Hair up like T'Pring's, or down like the MU T'Pol - or are you sticking with the regular (hideous ) T'Pol do?

She'll start out with about what she had in S3, and it will get longer in later seasons similiar to what she had in Twilight, though that will be a ways down the road yet.

Coveralls, worn by anyone who has to get dirty and doesn't feel like wearing the ODUs.

And yes, they're totally based on the original ENT versions, I just made them a little better.
