In the latest announcement for the
UniVersus card game, it was revealed that
UVS Games and
Wise Wizard Games are teaming up to bring
Star Trek to
Star Realms with
Star Trek Star Realms.
Star Realms is a spaceship combat deckbuilding game, so bringing the Star Trek universe into this game makes perfect sense. While this is the first franchised collaboration for
Star Realms, it will be fully compatible with other
Star Realms games and expansions.
In
Star Realms, as you play, you trade to add new ships and bases to your deck. When played, those ships and bases generate powerful effects, additional trade, and combat to attack your opponent and their bases. If you reduce your opponent’s score to zero, you win!
Star Trek Star Realms is a 2-4 player game featuring starships from
Star Trek: Next Generation and will be available in Q3 this year.
