Kellogs had a Star Trek promotion on their cereal boxes for Trek's 30th anniversary back in 96. I remember the first time I saw the Enterprise E was on a box of Rice Krispies. It made me really excited I nearly pissed myself.

That would be this one here?

Yes! That's it! I remember it so well, I was at the grocery store, and saw that on an end display and got so excited. As soon as I got home I called up all my friends and said "I saw the Enterprise E!" Ah, childhood.

Fun fact, the grocery store in question is where I now work.

I've been trying to do that for myself since I became an adult. Childhood, you don't truly appreciate it until it's gone. Youth is wasted on the young.

remember back when TNG was new, there was some ad for it on Cheerios boxes?

Hell yeah! I cut out the Enterprise from the box and made it into a hood ornament for my car in high school. That is how I roll!!

I've been trying to do that for myself since I became an adult. Childhood, you don't truly appreciate it until it's gone. Youth is wasted on the young.

I was an abused, neglected child so I missed out on much. I tried to make sure my kids had love more than things, but some of this stuff is sooo kool!
