I guess we know now what the reshoot scenes added, since we saw Shohreh Aghdashloo in the trailer and we know she's only in the new scenes. Looks to me like they were just adding a bit more character stuff for Kirk. I wonder if the scene with Kirk and McCoy was new too, or if new scenes were just meant to build off of that.
I'm a little disappointed they appear to be altering Idris Elba's voice, he's already got a great voice, it doesn't need any enhancement.

That was a cool trailer, much better than the first. I like that we got to see more McCoy in this trailer then we did in either of the other movies This could be good.
