Spoilers STAR TREK BEYOND

I think I can say there are only two other things I've looked forward to more with more anticipation than this movie: my honeymoon and (as always) grading my last final of the semester.

In her positive review, Alison Willmore expressed a feeling that finally made me realize that "Star Trek" may be indeed better suited for TV. Her sentiment is that as good as the movie is, the great character interactions makes us realize how much of that we've really missed over time (as in three years worth, mission time). We simply don't get to see these folks often enough.

Personally, I find the Abrams films far superior to the TNG movies.

Well, comparing older movies to current ones on the Tomato meter isn't a great idea. TMP only has a total of 34 reviews, for example.

I can't either, but the gist seems to be he's well aware of what Spock said.

They don't need to eat crow, I'd just be happy if they give it a chance. There's plenty of movies that people think are good or great that I just don't like.

True, that is what I meant, though I didn't say it very clearly. I just mean eat crow about their elitist attitude, and not giving it a chance. Everyone is free to like or dislike something.

I wear glasses, and have seen plenty of movies in 3D. You can just wear them over your regular glasses.
