If this is to prove some point of yours, I'm lost. It does prove my point however that I don't have to count men and women ratios because in my mind either one can do the same job and that we don't need a checklist of how many of each we use or that they match for "equality."

The point I'm making is you that if one writes CHARACTERS instead of TYPES a person of any gender or whatever is a casting option and thus why the wonder bread whiteness and Y chromosome dominance of casting in most is movies appallingly narrow.

I think it's safe to take all reviews with a grain of salt.

This one likes it and says the final battle in the highlight of the movie.

I read a few that said the final act was a bit of a let down.

Are we talking about the same movie?

Or, ya know, people are allowed to like and dislike different things about things. Art is subjective after all. *shrugs*

As far as press conferences go, this was very interesting. I had no problem watching it all. Pegg comes off very well here.

That sounded very nice. With all that is said about the JJ films, I still love the various scores and the main Trek theme Giacchino brought in.
