All I did was change 'Enterprise' the logo itself I got off Memory-Alpha.
Looking closely at the original, they actually stretched out 'Franklin' so it would be the same width as 'Enterprise' on the original badge, they didn't increase the font size or letter spacing, just stretched it. Though Simon's tweet was of a Shirt, so it could have been the angle and wrinkles in it distorting it.

She is definitely green!
She looked a light or yellowish green (but definitely green) to me when I saw it a few hours ago.
She is an Orion.
It was the perfect film to choice a picture of the cast from. It was really the only film in which the 7 characters are part of the Enterprise crew the whole film.
Though the actress has previously played an Orion, her character in STB is identified only as "Green Girl".
IMDB has the actress's role as "Orion Girl". I would need to see the end credits again for verification of this.

Aside from Gaila in ST09 who was a Red Head.
Could be different skin/hair coloring from the planet Orion, just like humans differ in both while from the same planet.
Yeah, why does everyone assume that all members of a species have to look identical? We've got black Vulcans and Romulans. Some non-canon materials say that Orions have more skins colors than green. And for all we know, hair-dyeing is a fashion trend in the 2260s of the Kelvin Timeline.

I don't know, but in the theater I was watching the movie she was perfectly green. Definitely Orion.
I came here to post that, because I heard the name Stargazer in the announcement before the registry, the volume on the announcement was louder and clearer on the registry than the name but I effeminately heard Stargazer!
A subtle reference: during Kirk's introductory log entry (as he walks around with his coffee cup): they are on "day 966" of their five year mission. Per Simon Pegg, this is a reference to Sept 1966, when ST first aired.
I believe the actress herself said she was playing an Orion.
A doubly-sad reference:
At Kirk's birthday celebration, he toasts to "absent friends", a probable nod to Leonard Nimoy (since the same toast in STIII was for Spock). I found it ominous that right after the toast, the camera focuses in on Chekov (Yelchin).
So there is exactly one thing I would change in Star Trek Beyond:
