While only 5 copies of Weyoun were ever encountered by the Federation, at least 8 copies were known to exist.

NASA's Voyager 6 probe was launched from Earth in the late 20th century. It fell through a convenient black hole and wound up on the other side of the galaxy. Found by machine aliens (which in William Shatner's novels were the Borg but in everyone else's novels not), it was given sentience and the ability to carry out it's mission - "to learn all that is learnable". 300 years later, believing itself successful, it returned home.

Luckily, Admiral Kirk had Commander Decker nearby to have freaky light show sex with V'ger (currently embodied in a robotic duplicate of Decker's ex) and the pair of them evolved to a higher plane of existence. Or something. Everyone lived happily ever after until Khan came back and then Spock died for a bit. But it all turned out okay.

On the day ground was broke for the Warp 5 Complex, Zephram Cochrane gave Henry Archer a bottle of whisky. Forty-two years later, Jonathan Archer opened and shared it with Trip Tucker aboard the NX-01. ENT TATV

Star Trek V: The Final Frontier was the first Trek movie I saw. Despite it's status among fans as the worst ever, I love it. I really enjoy the characters interacting as old friends, and think Sybok is a fascinating character that actually adds depth to Spock's backstory.

Yeah, brother.

In 2270 the crew of the Enterprise uses the laboratory of Karl Four to locate two corresponding supernova which occur in two different universes - ours made of matter and his, antimatter. TAS The Counter-Clock Incident.

Add Red Matter, mix thoroughly and voilà, Abramsverse!

A recurrence of the number 3 tipped off Data that Riker's plan was the one to follow when the Enterprise was stuck in a time loop in "Cause and Effect", exploding again and again after colliding with Captain Morgan Bateson's USS Bozeman. Bateson's ship and crew are fleshed out in the novel "Ship of the Line". They had a pet space squid called George Hill.

Gene Roddenberry originally named the primary ship in Star Trek the USS Yorktown. It was eventually changed to the Enterprise.

To date there have been 2 USS Yorktown's in Star Trek.

The first was in operation in the 23rd century and was mentioned in TOS Obsession, attacked by the whale probe in ST4 TVH and referenced in VOY Flashback.

The other was in operation in the 24th century and shows up in one way or another in TNG The Measure of a Man, Frame of Mind, All Good Things and DS9 Whispers

Trailers for Star Trek Beyond include views of a building labeled the USS Yorktown Memorial, and I cannot frigging wait to find out why!
