Star Trek 36: How Much for Just the Planet?

Trek silliness at it's best.

Welcome to the Countdown! HA! That one sure brings back memories. Specifically of me in the bookstore reading the description and wondering if that was what the future held for Trek novels. My first Trek lit butthurt!

Do you have a spare $9,995 laying around and 36 inches of empty shelf space begging for something nice? Why not fill it with the Quantum Mechanix U.S.S. Vengeance Artisan Replica

Already out of stock! :wah:  :censored:

I was gonna ask my family to start a Crowdfund for my homecoming! :guffaw:

Man, if I had that kind of spare change lying around, I would snag her in a heartbeat...she is a Terrible Beauty! :bolian:

Buck Bokai hit 34 home runs the same year he was traded to the Gotham City Bats, 2020. (seen on a baseball card laying on Sisko's desk in DS9 The Storyteller)

During TOS original production run, Paramount Studios Stage 32 was used as a "swing set", redecorated week to week with whatever 'planet' set the script required. It contained a large curtain which could be lit to simulate different colored 'sky's'. Most recently, the Star Trek Beyond Fan Event was held there.

Ira Stephen Behr was inspired to create Section 31 by a line he had written for Sisko in DS9 The Maquis pt II: "It's easy to be a saint in paradise."

Behr says, "Why is Earth a paradise in the twenty-fourth century? Well, maybe it's because there's someone watching over it and doing the nasty stuff that no one wants to think about. (DS9 Companion)

Over in the Trek novelverse, Trip "Not Dead" Tucker (ENT: "The Good That Man Do") and Julian Bashir (S31: "Disavowed") have become agents for Section 31.

The rather excellent Voyager episode "Living Witness" is set in the 30th century. It's the one and only time Voyager had a backup for their EMH.

Too bad that box set doesn't include the Remastered.

Star Trek 30 Years and Beyond

Twofer Tuesday!

During the scene in ST4 TVH, when Uhura and Chekov are seeking directions to Alemada, a transit bus can be seen with 30 Stoctkon showing on its destination window.

Captain Braxton and the timeships Aeon and Relativity hail from the 29th century. They made life difficult for the USS Voyager. I wonder what they'd make of the Kelvin Timeline (the official name recently given the reboot movie universe)?
