Is there a list of Attack Wing ships? I have a dozen of them, some well-modeled and some not so much so (like the Defiant), but would like a list of which ships are depicted in the game. I don't play the game itself, but enjoy collecting the ships.

Additionally, for those who play the game, does each ship come with a set of gaming instructions teaching you how to play the game? Or are the packets in the package just for specific instructions or tactics for that specific ship itself? Hitherto now, I have just been keeping the ships and bases but tossing the remainder of the packaging.

    Thanks in advance, folks.

On the Board Game Geek page, you'll find a section called "Linked Items," which will show all the items produced for the game, including promos and tournament prizes. You'll need to page through 12 times to see everything.

Each ship comes with elements of the game: crew cards and equipment upgrades that might be used on different ships, but generally go with the ship in hand; and tokens to add to the game because of the larger number of ships. Technically speaking, they are expansions, not a game in and of themselves. The core game includes things the individual ships do no: obviously apart from the three ships and the game rules, there are six combat dice and flight path and combat rulers. These rulers are the same used by other flight path games (Star Wars X-Wing, D&D Attack Wings, etc.). Plaastic versions of said rulers can be purchased by Litko and Team Convenant.

Yeah you need the core game- this has the rules and some of the markers you need to play. Additional ships have their own cards and tokens but you can't play them without the core set.
