...well, not quite! But it is as good and a dedicated game couldn't have done any better!

I just bought Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion on Steam as it was reduced from £30 to £6.99 - too good an opportunity to miss as it was in my wish list.

I then discovered this amazing Mod for Star Trek Armada 3. No longer do I play Sins, this is now permanently a Star Trek game to me! An amazing and professional mod!

Any other players here?

I also have this game and this mod, yes I agree it's one off the best mods for sins that I've played thus far. Some things with the gameflow don't feel quite right (like the feds bombing a planet back to the stone age to capture it) I'm sure these are engine limitations within the sins game itself though. Anyway, yeah its a pretty fun game, gets a little boring playing the cpu after awhile though....However, this is something that most RTS games suffer from in skirmish mode. Also, At one point the same team was working on an "Axanar" based mod and a "Lost Years" mod, (set between Kirk and Picard eras) not sure what will become of these however
