Some of these are positively beautiful. Others... well... let's just say that the uncanny valley is more of an uncanny bottomless chasm.

    Beautiful artwork.

  6. Adobe just added ai and generative fill with inpainting and outpainting

i did a quick test, started with a shot of Troi
    [IMG]
then i tried the "extend the background" feature with no prompts, the AI do an ok job here.
I just hit the generate button witch gave me 3 alternatives each time
(you can click it thousands of times so the outcome is endless)
sometimes it gave me strange results:
i did one test where i selected Troi, and then inverted the selection and
with the prompt "futuristic sci fi panel" this was the result:

this is a good start integrating ai from Adobe i think.

Go to your Adobe creative cloud app and update the new version,
then you have access to the new Photoshop with ai beta.

edit:another test: it took literally 10 sec from this:
    to this new background:

I didn’t have time to ask this question the first time I saw it, but what the actual fuck is that supposed to be? :wtf: :guffaw:

Imagine strapping on a virtual reality headset and "walking" through a long-gone neighborhood in your city—seeing the streets and buildings as they appeared decades ago.

    How AI "sees"

Serre collaborated with Brown Ph.D. candidate Thomas Fel and other computer scientists to develop a tool that allows users to pry open the lid of the black box of deep neural networks and illuminate what types of strategies AI systems use to process images. I can resist: "Thou shall not make a machine in the imagine of man." ;)

They are trying to make AI more human like. I think I watched a show about that.

I created some really kick ass AI generated images of people that could fit into the star trek universe. New to the site so I dont know how to upload...

I think you need to have a certain number of posts under your belt before you can upload images. 15 or 20 maybe? Can't remember exactly. Looking forward to seeing them when you rank up.

ok. will do some positing an commenting in different forums here. AI image rendering capacity seems to have become crazily better in the last days.

That's actually no longer true since the switch to the current forum software, as far as I know. So you may post your images right away, @Julian Becker. :techman:

As for how it works: Only posters with a premium membership can upload images directly to the board. If that's not an option for you, what you can do (and what indeed most people are doing here) is upload your images to an image sharing site like for instance imgur.com. Then you click the image sharing icon on top of the box where you are composing your post here and paste in the image URL. Let me know if you need help doing that. (Although I guess the moment someone can use an image generating AI they will also be able to figure out posting images to a message board. :p)

Oh, and welcome to the board! :)

Ah, cool, I wasn’t aware of those changes. Thank you for the clarification! :)
