Well, the site looks great, but your server's stability leaves a lot to be desired. I originally thought I had managed to download those first few episodes, but looking at them again, I can see that many connections broke after only a few megs, so I'm actually only having a few odd ones.

I've tried on multiple occasions, but either cannot connect or get dowloads completing after a couple megabytes of a 40+MB file download.

Any chance you can get some mirror sites to step in and carry the load?

Strange, I just tested out downloading the first 5 episodes. They didn't gack or anything, I'm watching one of them now from my friends computer...strange. What kind of connection do you have? Could it be that you timed out?

I've tried from home (2Mb DSL) and work (T3+) and the same thing happens. I'm in the UK so that could be a factor...

Naturally after posting that I tried and it's working. Downloaded episode 1 and I'm partway through number 2. You do any scheduled maintenance on that server during the weekend?

I believe some maintenance was done on the server over the weekend. Glad to hear its all working now. Don't get too excited about episode 1 and 2 by the way

I watched 'em all on YouTube already, front to back, so I'm strictly looking to burn a couple of DVDs here. The improvement in quality is amazing. I also love the outtakes; given the content it's surprising to see you do multiple takes (not at all a dig)!

Well, the problem has returned. I got episodes 7 and 8, but 9 crapped out halfway through. Time is 14:44 BST or about 9:44 EST -- any maintenance supposed to be happening now?

I managed to get the rest today, although I did have to restart the download of ep 13 once, whew!

Hey, is the Metric System going to have a front-page link or link from the nav bar on the Star Track page? I tried following the link from the news section on the Star Track page, but it looks like that's broken.

Like Chris said, on the very front page at the top are a list of places to go, and at the end is Metric System. I'm glad you enjoy our show CaptainSpock! Episode 2 is around the corner, as well as Idomo's new episode, which looks amazing.

Saturday, August 19th 2007.

We'll be premiering the episode then moments after, it will be released online in both flash versions and downloadable versions as usual. I'll keep updating with news.
