Might be a PhysX thing.
Myst Online used that along with the old Plasma game engine, avatars and other objects routinely disppeared, morphed or scaled into each other like that so probably.
Might be a PhysX thing.
I've always wondered what the "rolling head" thing is about. Bethesda (and I think BioWare) games have exhibited similar bugs. Might be a PhysX thing.

Over at the Elite boards, there is a Star Citizen thread, and while most people take a "wait and see" approach, there are a few defenders of the faith who are just pieces of work to watch. One always seems to read the mind of Chris Roberts when making his declarations of just how AWESOME Star Citizen already is, and all the things you can do. He's clearly drank so much of the water it has made him bloated. The second guy just refuses to listen to any kind of question. If he deems it an insult to Star Citizen, he just refuses, he clams up and moves on. It's incredible.Oh, come on. Clearly you don't understand how AAA game development wor--I can't even finish that with a straight face. CIG is fucked.

How in the wide world web is this still a thing? O_o
