^ Actually, Dolph Lundgren thought of this movie a few years before Stallone did. Lundgren mentioned how fun it would be to do an action comedy with 80s action stars like Van Damme and Norris.

Do you think this movie could've been better off with more old school action stars in it instead of Steve Austin and Randy Couture? Terry Crews is cool, but he's only in the movie because Wesley Snipes couldn't be, Forrest Whitaker had a scheduling conflict and the internet burned down when 50 Cent was given the part.
Now Jean-Claude Van Damme, Steven Seagal and Kurt Russell all said no, so who would that leave? Would Bill Paxton have worked being in some iconic 80s-90s action movies? Michael Biehn? Chow Yun-Fat would've fit right in.
