The fanbase is not big enough to support such small-focus ST texts at the moment. The most recent tech manual was a broader-focus, less-depth product, which gave a quick cook's tour of all the Enterprises:

Sounds about right to me.

As to the Haynes book...well, it does look like a good thing to welcome new Treknologists to the fold with. Having already been spoiled by Rick and Mike's own work, though, you might understand that I don't consider myself part of the target audience for the Haynes volume.

I would gladly pay a considerable sum for one or more books on the NX-01, Voyager, 1701-E, Vanguard, Titan, Excalibur, and so on. If need be, I'll accept an overview book on the whole lot as an interim measure.

Didn't someone do a fairly decent online version of the Enterprise-E Tech manual? Seems like I saw a link to it some time ago.
