ST: Legacy for x360 - Help Needed

Hey all.. just got Legacy for my 360 and I'm definitely having fun. But it came without instructions so I'm having trouble with something.

How can I get all the ships in my fleet to either:

1. Follow me to the same place/target that I am going to
2. Attach the same target that I am attacking

Up to now, I am having to switch to each individual ship and tell them what to do.

GAMEPLAY CONTROLS
Directional Pad Sub Menu Selection. Select Ship.
Left Thumbstick Move Ship
Right Thumbstick Camera Rotation
A Button Command Panel (Hold). Display Options.
B Button Full Impulse. All Stop.
X Button Energy Allocation Panel (Hold)
Y Button Warp. Display Hints.
Right Bumper Target Nearest Ship. Display Enemy Target List.
Left Bumper Repair Panel (Hold)
Left Trigger Secondary Weapons
Right Trigger Primary Weapons
Start Pause Menu. Display Objectives.
Back Toggle Command View
Combo #1 Directional Pad Up + A Button = Select All Fleet
Combo #2 Left Bumper (Hold) + X Button = Cloak (When Available)
Combo #3 Left Bumper (Hold) + B Button = Long Range Scan
Combo #4 Left Bumper (Hold) + Y Button = Self-Destruct



These are the instructions I found on Gamefly.com . I just use the space map to order movement orders like warp to. In order to group all of the ships, I think it is press the directional pad and then press A. The above should help.
