How about Fran Drescher? Her laugh still haunts my dreams.

Fran is nails on a chalk-board grating, but not squeaky.
Yeah, Drescher is nasal, not squeaky.
Except the nasal quality is a bit of an affectation, as with Gottfried. I once caught a bit of a Nanny episode where Drescher temporarily spoke in a much less nasal voice, and it was this gorgeous, sultry sound. It's a shame she chooses to emphasize the worst qualities of her voice.

Gilbert Gottfried . . . sure it's an act, but he's definitely squeaky
I'd classify that as grating rather than squeaky.
Yeah, John Fiedler or Sterling Holloway I could see calling squeaky. Gilbert Gottfried is more like 20-grit.
