Spotify on PS3 quick question

I need help real quick, then the mods can delete this thread

I wnat to play spotify from my computer to PS3.

I found the instructions at this page

I got the bridging program to work, and the little blue dot to appear. I also downloaded the PS3media server.

My problem is in Step five, when they want me to configure it by adding a line of text to a text file. It says:

a) Make sure ps3mediaserver is not running.

b) In the ps3mediaserver folder (something like "C:\Program Files (x86)\PS3 Media Server"), open the file "WEB.conf" in Notepad or a similar text editor. Under # audio streams, insert the following line of text
"audiostream.Web,Radio=Spotify,http://localhost:8124,http://cf.scdn.co/i/press/logotype/spotify-logo-96x96-no-tagline.png"

The result should look something like this (part of the WEB.conf):

# audio streams
audiostream.Web,Radio=Spotify,http://localhost:8124,http://cf.scdn.co/i/press/logotype/spotify-logo-96x96-no-tagline.png

c) Save the file "WEB.conf" to the ps3mediaserver's profile folder, "C:\ProgramData\PMS". Now, all is set for streaming Spotify to the PS3.
My first problem is that it won't let me save the altered file. It says access is denied.
Secondly, there is no C:\ProgramData\PMS file folder than I can find.

If anyone has done this please help!

Thanks!
