Spock Prime lives and stays in the Nu-trekverse.

Does he find a new planet for Vulcan refugees?
If so, is his identity known?

And to speculate--- I assume at some point there will be books set in this nu-verse. Probably not for a while, but

What of his future and knowledge- does he apply a version of the prime directive and stay out of it?

Does he advise of dangers such as Khan, the Doomsday Machine, VGer, the Probe, the Guardian of Forever?

No continuity porn like the above, and he actively participates in changing the universe in myriad ways in order to save it. And yes, he does identify himself as future Spock to Kirk and young Spock.

I know Kirk got killed, but since they're travelling thru time why not travel back to when he got killed and save him? Yeah this time travel stuff seems to just be used when convenient...

How do we know any of these dangers exist in the new uinverse?

Well the timeline moved when Nero came back so anything before that should not change- ie Khan still launches in 1996, The Guradian is still there- I suppose in the Nu timeline Khan's ship could have been destroyed by Klingons and the Doomsday/Probe or Vger effecteed, something like the Guardian which was millions of years old should still be sitting on the planet waiting to be discovered.

Yeah the "new" team of writers that are actually the "old" team of writers. We'll see how well they did, but I do stand by one of the first statements I made on this board how I believe just and "average person" can come up with an excellent sci-fi story. I don't believe that every talented writer/person is currently employed in suck ass Hollywood. Oh Dennis will disagree with that and that's party why I like to repeat it!

But I'm not pissed really...just a little sad is all. And again we need a crying emoticon since i do tend to cry several times a day...oh moderaters...moderators...can we make that happen?
