You'd think that the Andorians would know something about the Vulcans' secrets, given their history together. But maybe they just decided to keep it to themselves as well, or figured there was no point since the Vulcans were their allies now.

It could be a balance of terror, with the Vulcans knowing a thing or two about Andorian practices that the UFP prudes never would accept.
