Does anyone have an official idea of the size of nuSpacedock?I ask after seeing Trek again and noticing that the spacedock 'lilypads' dwarfed the ships docked to them,which by extension would make for a pretty huge spacedock if Enterprise is 700 odd meters long!

I know what everybody is saying, but no way that ship is 700 meters long. Do a comparison of the bridges of the TOS and Movie Enterprises and you'll see that the new ship is actually a little smaller....it ain't rocket science.

Except that doesn't work because (1) the bridge set itself is larger and (2) the bridges aren't positioned the same way in the domes. So you can do it, yes... but it is completely wrong.

It makes more sense to scale the airlocks of the TOS-Ent, or Ent-A to the Ent-JJ....

Why? An airlock could be 8 ft or 12 ft in diameter, so you could be off by 30% or more.
