"Any woman one wants" loses a lot of meaning in a population of 70.This is one thing I never really got. McGivers betrayed Khan. He seems to be the type of guy who can have any woman he wants. He seems to be the type of guy who would not hesitate to kill for disloyalty. So why does he take her back at the end of the episode?
So why does he take her back at the end of the episode?
I think Khan was very turned on by the power he had over her. Yes, she turned on him, but when she had her choice to go with Khan or not, she chose to go with him. I would imagine power was almost like an aphrodisiac for him. Once she made the decision to go with him, he knew he'd have her eating out of his hands. I think power (of any kind) was a huge turn on for Khan (although not necessarily a sexual turn on)...
I think it shows that Khan is a three-dimensional character who didn't want someone who was just passive but had a strong will, although it doesn't seem like she had much of a backbone at first by going along with what Khan wanted, her betraying Khan showed that she was a person of some character and Khan liked that, it was a great episode overall.
