Sovereign Class creation of saucer separation in 3DS Max.

Hi Guys, In 3DS Max, I'm attempting to separate the saucer from the stardrive section of WileyCoyotte's Nemesis Sovereign to Bridge Commander but I have holes in the model:
Saucer:

Stardrive:

I've tried the cap hole but it wouldn't fill but crash 3DS Max sometimes, someone please help me fill these holes?
