Some Trek with that dish?

Do you ever get something to eat and have the food remind you of Trek in some way?

Tonight at a restaurant I wanted to try something that I never had before and settled on Chicken Marsala. Something kept nagging at me then I had a flash of a Star Trek scene. Enterprise, pregnant Trip, eating chicken Marsala for the first time and asking for more. I was not as crazy about it as he was. Maybe next time I will get Troy's triple chocolate molten icream cake.

I'll go with the obvious, whenever I have some Earl Grey Tea I always think of Trek.

Everything goes well with Earl Grey Tea.

Many foods put me in mind of DS9's good captain. Beets, peppers, jambalaya to name a few.

Any distinctly blue beverage reminds me of when I saw Romulan Ale in Star Trek VI and thought it looked really good.

I was about five or six at the time, and I can still get that memory going.

Not necessarily food. But when I take Pepto Bismol I think of that scene in ST V where the Klingon President was shot and his pink blood was all over the floor.

I swear they used Pepto Bismol for that scene.
