Some Smallville Justice Society Members Cast

Since this is Smallville, Hawkman's "costume" will probably consist of a leather jacket with a hawk stenciled on the lapel.

And it will probably have a hood too.

Fate, awesome! :techman: I've been wanting to see him on Smallville for years. Hawkman's cool too, though I never expected to see any version of the character on the show. Not very familiar with Stargirl (I only know her from JLU).

...but if they go with the reincarnated Egyptian Pharaoh angle I might poop tinsel.

It's Johns writing it; you know it'll be in there. :techman:

Anyway, it might be fun to have it come up. Someone can mention Egyptian mythology; another person can respond "like that show Stargate"; and then Shanks can pick up his mace and start pummeling things in a fit of rage.

And a well known name around here, Michael Shanks is Hawkman.

See who they cast for Stargirl and Dr. Fate here.
if we are getting Stargirl, will we also get S.T.R.I.P.E.

Doctor Fates seems like a giant reset button, that im not sure the producers of Smallville have proved they can be trusted with yet.

The idea of a Smallville version of Hawkman is a little scary to me. How can he possibly look right on a TV budget?

I guess they can't possibly screw Hawkman up, any worse than has already been done. Hawkman has had, what, a dozen different 'pasts' so far? He's Carter Hall. No, he's Katar Hol. No, he's that stupid Hawk Avatar. No, he's actually a Thanagarian spy *posing* as Hawkman. No, he's a floor wax. He's a desert topping! :guffaw:

Shanks may be playing one of these many, many different versions of Hawkman. But knowing Smallville, they'll probably just make some shit up on their own. Thus making Hawkman even MORE convoluted!

Damn that Superboy-Prime and his Canon-bending punches! :grr:
which begs the question, does Smallville the TV shows exist totally outside of the pre & post crisis Superman verse

That said I would love to see a mini crisis with Smallville Clark and Clark from Lois & Clark, however since Dean has not played Vandal Savage guess that cant really happen, not to mention the fact that Lois is now a desperate housewife.

Wamdue got some words mixed up, but surely you're not one of those people who say that dean cain did not play Vandal Savage on Smallville already a couple years ago, out of pure obstinance, not that there's anything wrong with that.

OH! So you are one of those people!

Denial is a river in Egypt.

Vandal Savage has had ten thousand Alias's since the Dial H for Hero Device hit in the head falling from space 50.000 years earlier.

It was implied.

Some one got cheap and didn't want to pay to use the name, or they couldn't aff... Next thing you'll be telling me is that Adam Knight wasn't Batman, or Strikeback wasn't Nightwing.

It's not like first paying for THE DEAN CAIN is going to leave any room in the budget that week?

well if Dean was Vandal or not, was not really the point of my post.

to be frank im not sure we need characters from the mulitverse coming into Smallville, and wondering why Clark is not yet Superman, its been done before on the show.
