A lot of the high-priestess-type models are in white or light colors, but we've seen dark ones, too. (See Spock's in TMP, for example.) The one the Old Spock figure is wearing is much plainer and more anonymous-looking than a lot of Vulcan garments we've seen, but it manages to have a "Vulcan look" to it even so. I think there may even have been something very close to this shown on-screen, but I haven't been able to place just where yet.

They did a surprisingly good job on Cho and Saldana, though the rest are at best approximations. While young Kirk does have a small head, it's not quite as tiny as the one on the action figure.

Thanks for the link to the TMP screencaps, M'Sharak. It's been a very long time since I last watched it, so had forgotten a lot of the clothing choices in it.

There is a Vulcan "cut" to Old Spocks clothing, which is pleasing.
