So when will people start talk about the show??

I am wondering....most of what I see is bickering about useless unimportant stuff about what it used to look or how it was this and that!!
I don't care about that!!
It is new Trek, it has a story and some new and some old characters doing stuff in it, and it is not boring nor uninteresting!

I like how they made that universe bigger and more detailed.
And I must say that the effort in making it look great is doing me personally all kinds of favours....
They are using all this new stuff to tell the story!

This is something that speaks to me!
It is starting with alot of turmoil and life from its bad sides!
But you can tell that it is just the beginning!
I am very curious where they want to take all this!

There is a group of people with alot of story build in, this is more like a 90's show with a much prettier set...(read a more "realistic" view on life).
Nothing here is black or white, there is alot of in between mayhem and troubles, but also paths that leads out of this turmoil that is the war with the Klingons!

How will it affect it all later on??
And how it came to be what we know will happend later on!
I am quite hooked on this ride...

The mephasis is on the story, and what it will do to our characters in the long run!
I love that modern technology can make it really feel alien and very very different, but maintains that old I know this feel!

Dunno maybe it is just me??!
But this is what peaks my curiousity.
Makes me excited for this new ride!
I for one did not have much hope that there ever would be another Trek show again!

And if there should be one, they should defently not go the usual way about it!
Well I am feeling quite lucky now!
Sure nothing is perfect, but as long as they can keep this up, I am on!

You lost me at "it is not boring nor uninteresting!" the fact that they had one enjoyable episode doesn't negate the other six. So, at this point, I'm cautiously optimistic. I suspect that stand alone episodes are going to be good, while the main story ones, considering how boring and uninteresting it is, are going to continue to be duds.

Just because people are discussing points you don't find interesting or agree with doesn't mean they aren't being discussed.
