So what would a Kelvinverse DS9 be like?

...I mean aside from abundant lens flares. Given that the Kelvinverse is a bit more action oriented and OK with character conflict it would be interesting.

Cast? New Jem'Hadar? Faster, more lethal changelings?

^ Well, actually, @Laura Cynthia Chambers is right about that one...DS9 is a Cardassian station, so I don't see why the Kelvin/Prime divergence would affect it in any way.

Producers armed with a blockbuster budget and an eye towards merchandising would ensure reboot DS9 was as close to the original as the DISCO Klingons are to DS9's.

^ Actually, I must apologize, I completely forgot when Terok Nor was built. The divergence was in 2233, but the station was built well after that.

Sisko would be played by Samuel Jackson. Kira would have a black outfit as her regular outfit. Quark would literally be covered in slime. Dax would be a warrior instead of scientist and married to Worf who would be on the show from season 1 and he would wear the helmet gear and have the ridge piercings. O'Brien and Bashir would be gay and married and also the comic relief. Odo would be female, but with same personality but better haircut. The idea being a woman scientist studied him instead of Doctor Mora. Jake would be a combat pilot and he and his dad don't get along.

The Station would have same shape but you would see gun ports and phaser canons all along the hull and the station would not be a old mining station but a military base that was liberated. The Defiant also would have been part of the show from season 1 and it would be filled with Borg tech mixed with Starfleet tech since it was created to fight the Borg.
