So what is the best ever episode?

Its one of those questions that I don't believe has ever been quantified. Out of 'The Original Series' , 'The Next Generation', 'DS9', 'Voyager' or 'Enterprise' WHAT WAS THE BEST EVER EPISODE?

For me I prefer a good starship battle, so any episode that includes two or more ships battling it out gets my vote!

The Visitor is easily my favorite episode of any Trek, hands down. The only Trek episode that ever made me get all misty eyed. It's the "Field of Dreams" of Star Trek episodes.

I ranked a top 10 on the site. I guess I can't see them after ranking them, but the order was something like this:

If I had to pick one out of all those hundreds of episodes and 5 shows I would pick Yesterday's Enterprise from TNG. Thats my personal fav.

My overall fav is from DS9 Far Beyond the Stars, but that doesn't fit your criteria of space battle.
